Monday and Wednesday: strength training for stronger bones at 2 PM; Mobility movement for healthy joints at 2:30; balance stability X press at 4 pm and forever fit at 4:30
Sunday mornings: cardio, strength, and stretch at 8:30; get active at 9:15: Get strong at 9:45 and chair yoga at 10:15 am ( check schedule rotating Sunday’s every other week)
This total body program uses our own body weight as a tool to get stronger and leaner. No equipment, it can be done in a chair and we do not get on the floor.
This program helps with balance, strength, mobility, flexibility, pain relief and well-being.
